Drain the Tofu and cut into regular size cubes.Season with salt and turmeric powder and set aside for few minutes. Heat a frying pan and deep fry the Tofu until slightly brown. Cut the tomato, Onion, pepper into regular size square pieces. Now heat a pan and add a little cooking oil and add the onions.When it turns light brown add chopped ginger and garlic.Then add the pepper pieces and stir well.Now add red chillie powder and crushed chillie. Then add soy sauce stir well. Lastly add ketchup and tomatoes and remove from heat.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsn cooking oil.Now add sliced onions and stir till it turns golden brown.Then add chopped garlic,Sliced green chillie, Curry leaves and rampe and stir well.Add a little turmeric powder and red chillie powder.You will get a nice aroma.Now add a little water and let it simmer.Then add Salt, sliced tomato, Vinegar or tamarind and coconut milk and make a nice curry.
Now break the eggs one by one and drop it to the curry mix and cook well.While the eggs are cooking add a little salt and red chillie powder on top of it.
Drain the the tofu and cut into small cubes.Add some vinegar,salt and soy sauce into tofu and let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain the pineapple syrup into a bowl and desolve corn flour in this.Now add red chillie powder and stir well.
Heat oil in a wok or a non stick pan and add the tofu.Stir fry the tofu till liquid has absorbed and till golden brown.Remove from pan and add a little oil and stir fry the cut green onions and pineapple chunks for 1 minute.Now add the tofu and the pineapple syrup mix cook for 2 minutes and remove from fire.
Pour boiling water into soya chunks and cover the lid and set aside for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze the excess water from the soya chunks. Cut the chunks in half. Heat a pan with some cooking oil and add the sliced onions. When the onions turn brown add the chopped ingredients and curry leaves. Then add the chunks and stir well.Now add red chillie powder, curry powder, salt to taste and vinegar. You can add 1 piece of goraka for the sour taste if desired. Let it simmer for a while and then add coconut milk and remove from heat.
