Deep fry the thinly sliced onions.Blend 1/2 of the fried onions and leave the other half for later.Fry the mint and cilantro leaves lightly and set aside.Heat a pan and add a 1 tbsn margarine.When it's heated add the chopped onions.When it's light brown add the chopped tomatoes, 1 tspn chillie powder, salt and turmeric powder and stir well.Now add the spices, biriyani paste and blended onions. You will get a nice brown color Paste.Now add the washed rice and 1 cup coconut milk or add sufficient water.Add a soup cube to the rice and cook well.You can transfer this to a rice cooker and cook it until well done.
When the rice is cooked serve the rice into a platter and add the fried onions, cilantro and mint leaves and mix well. If you want you can add fried cashews and raisins as well.
Wash the rice and add 2 cups water and a soup cube and cook the rice in a rice cooker or a pot.(If adding chicken broth add water accordingly).While the rice is cooking heat a non stick pan and add the margarine.When it's heated add chopped onions.When it's light brown add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.When the rice is at the boiling point add the tempered mixture to it and cover the lid.When the rice is done mix the rice well remove the spices and serve.
Wash the mutton well cut into small cubes.Add water, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar or tamarind juice and cook well.Seperate the meat and the stock and set aside.
Peel the potatoes and cut into regular size pieces and deep fry.
In a food processor or a grinder chop together onions and garlic. Then add 1 stick cinnimon, black pepper seeds, salt, cumin powder, Maduru powder or you can add unroasted curry powder and grind well.Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and add the grinded paste.Then add the washed rice and fry for a while.Now add the mutton stock and cook well. You can use a rice cooker to cook the rice. When the rice is half done add the mutton and fried potatoes and let the rice cook well.
Cook the rice with sufficient water and a soup cube. When it's done let it cool or keep it overnight in the refrigerator for best results. Heat a wok or a pan and add margarine. When it's hot add the vegetables and stir fry for a while. Then add the chopped garlic and ginger. Now make a well in the middle and drop the egg and scramble it well. Then add the chopped green onions and cooked rice and stir it until well mixed. Now add soy sauce and a little oyster sauce and stir well.
To make the yeast mixer, get some warm water add 2 tbsn yeast and a little sugar and stir well.Keep it aside for a while. Now in a large bowl mix the two flours together and add the yeast mixture and mix well.Add a little water if needed and let the mixture rise for few hours. When it's time to make them heat a pan with a little oil and brown the sliced onions. Then add the curry curry leaves and temper well. Add the tempered mixture to the those mix and add salt and stir well. Heat a flat non stick pan and spread a little oil using a paper towel and add a large spoonful of mixture at a time and cook them until well done.If it's sticking to the pan and hard to remove add a beaten egg to the mixture and make Those.
Wash the chicken well and cut into thin stripes. If using beef cut them into small pieces and season with red chillie powder, curry powder, salt and black pepper powder and set aside.Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and add the onions. When it turns light brown add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and spices. Then add the seasoned meat/chicken and stir well. Add vinegar or tamerind juice and sufficient water and cook well. When the meat is done add 1 cup coconut milk and simmer for few minutes and remove from heat.
Cut the tortillas into thin stripes and then cut into 2 inch size pieces and set aside. Get a large non stick skillet and add 2 tbsn cooking oil and add the sliced onions and stir until golden brown. Then add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillie, curry leaves and rampe and stir well. Now add 2 eggs one at a time and scramble it well. Then add all the cut vegetables(can use any vegetable you want) and stir well. Let it cook for a while. After few minutes add the striped tortillas and mix well. Finally add the meat and then the curry and mix well until it stick together.
Add the yeast to 1 cup warm water and stir it well.In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt. Make a well in the center and pour oil and yeast mix. Stir until it forms a ball. Then turn it out onto a clean floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about an hour. Punch down the dough and reshape into a ball once more and let it rise.
Heat a little margarine in a pan and add the onions and stir fry until light brown. Now add mushrooms ,chopped garlic and ginger. Then add the peppers and stir for a while. Season it with salt ,unroasted curry powder and crushed red chillies. You can add any other vegetable that you prefer. When it's done remove from the stove and set aside. Then transfer the dough into a baking tray and add a little tomato sauce or ketch and spread it all over. Now cover the dough with the vegetable mix. Bake pizza at 400 F until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes. If you want, toward the end of the cooking time you can sprinkle on a little more cheese.

When the meat is done add the sliced onions, chopped garlic,ginger and green chillies and stir well. When the meat is done remove it from the stove a nd set aside.
Now take the dough into a floured surface and flatten it out with a rolling pin to a desired shape. Then transfer the dough into a baking tray and add a little tomato sauce or ketch and spread it all over. Now cover the dough with the meat mix. Bake pizza at400 F until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes. If you want, toward the end of the cooking time you can sprinkle on a little more cheese.
